Excellent Location. Great Hotel - Return year after year

Location overlooks the beach and cove. The bus stop is 5 minute walk away. The staff are very friendly and professional and they will try to accommodate requests, availability permitting. I return every year , which says a lot. The hotel is undergoing stages of refurbishment and each year it looks a bit newer and a bit more sparklier.

Maybe a little bit more options at the breakfast for those who have coeliac disease and cannot have gluten.

Staff are very friendly and helpful that's the biggest credit to the hotel. Beautiful location and parking space are very convenient too.

Decor of the rooms could be more contemporary. Not much variety of the food offered although everything was fresh and tasty.

Amazing views and bargain holiday in lovely hotel!

Location and view are amazing and the staff are great, so friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was also brilliant.

Some people suggested in previous reviews that the hotel was tired but it is obvious they are in the process of making improvements and for the price we paid the whole holiday was a bargain!

Unbeatable views & location

We loved the location: plus we got a sea view room which was an amazing surprise! Fairly good entertainment as well, and comfortable overall. Weird fact: the hotel just smells really nice all the time! Also they offer free water and bubble water for free at all times

The food was soso. Nice range of options but somewhat poor quality

Lovely location for a hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great, there is a path from the pool to the beach or along the rocky part which leads to various places to get in and out of the sea that are quieter than the beach. The hotel is very close to bars and restaurants with the centre being a 10/15 minute walk away and the marina a little further than that. The breakfast was varied with lots of food to choose from.

The rooms were small and quite outdated. The beds weren’t overly comfortable but they were clean and safe.

Lovely but could be improved

- location is perfect with stunning views - staff are all great - breakfast was very good

- the walls between rooms are paper thin so you can hear anything both sides - the music at the hotel next door runs until 2300 and is that loud you won’t be able to rest in your room - the evening meal can become repetitive with a poor choice and is often cold. Consider B and B and go out for food.

Had an all round great week there, I’d definitely stay again.

The location is spot on, especially if you’re a beach bum and like a bit of cliff jumping into the sea. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is decent, I don’t usually see 10am on holiday but it was nice enough to get up early for. Has a good vibe about the place. It is very clean, the cleaners are absolutely onit you see them all day.

As everyone else says, very dated rooms, though they are clean, and comfortable. Also sound travels well. Whole place needs a good refurb and it’ll be a stunner.

Very Good

The location was absolutely amazing. Good choice for breakfast. Make sure you get the room with the sea view. It changes evething.

The carpets in the halls should be changed since they are very old and they make look the hotel not in good condition. I also doubt the green carpet in the pool area.

Amazing views

The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Sarah the entertainment host kept the kids engaged and interacted very well with them which they enjoyed. The view from the hotel was amazing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This was a good hotel which I would come back too.

The rooms did not have any drying facilities or coffee machine/kettle which can be useful. It was difficult to tell if the hotel was directed at families or solo travellers. The hotel is also technically not in Cala D'or it is around 10/15 minutes walk to the main area. There are bars, restaurants and entertainment along the way however during the early season this can be quiet.

Poor

There was absolutely no sound proofing. Crazy next door neighbours who had tv blaring and made crazy sounds. Had to get porter to tell them turn tv off. There was actually no proper window in that There was this silly slide window that was faulty. So basically you were sleeping with glass panes slanted so that you might as well have been inside.. I got ate alive with bugs during the night. It's cheap and affordable. Single glaze in all and windows that definitely did not pass any standards

Low cost hotel

- Direct access to the beach (going through second hotel) - Pool with lifeguard - food selection during breakfast is quite good but for e.g. they have industrial puff pastry, low cost "nutella". They try to keep running costs as low as possible. - during low season it is possible to use the pool. During high season due to the limited space of the pool area I'm pretty sure that not everyone will be able to use it. - beautiful public beach - children friendly during low season - staff is able to speak several languages - stores and restaurants nearby the hotel - room was cleaned everyday

- all inclusive food quality - some of the dishes that were served during the diinner was served next day during the.lunch. I cannot really tell if it was leftovers rewarmed or just some excedant that was cooked next day - quality of all inclusive drinks were very low - I never had so bad "cognac". It is not totally clear in their menu what you can get in all inclusive ""cocktails". In all inclusive they serve white brand alcohol with lower quality. - small beach that can easily be overcrowded - I can only recommend it during the low season - next hotel have some daily party that ends at 23:00 - this can be annoying/noisy for people that go sleep earlier since the noise is audible from hotel''s room. - room with view to the beach might be disappointing. I got a room located in the left side of the building were I could barely see the beach but in fact I was seeing a bit of the beach therefore they didn't lie in the booking description but you can be disappointed. Front rooms might have a better view to the beach.
