Generally good value for money, not newest hotel, but very clean. Food was variable and changing every day. Good locatio

Hotel is old, but we’ll kept and very clean. Food is was nice and there was something different everyday. Rooms were clean, nice balconies.

Staff was terrible and rude, except one waitress with tattoo. First day we were strolling around restaurant to see what’s where and one of the waitresses started shouting that drinks are not included as we’re only HB - we didn’t even have a glass in hand or attempted to drink… The other day we borrowed glasses from bar, two days after that it was impossible and they could offer only paper cups. Most of the staff looked like they’re not happy they have to work and any simple request was end of the world.

Great location with steps to Cala Ferrara beach. Hotel whilst old is very clean and great value for money. Super location close to bus stop and strip with a good selection of shops restaurants and bars.Walking distance to Cala D'or.

Would have liked a fridge in the room.. but not a deal breaker.

The view from the balcony of the room was fantastic. The location of the hotel was very convenient and practical for travelling by bus.

The hotel and facilities were very old and the food for breakfast rather cheap.

Friendly and good value

The location is unbeatable: overlooking a spectacular cove, less than 5 minutes' walk from the beach and a 15-minute walk (or a 5-minute bus ride) from all the amenities of Cala d'Or. There are also lots of shops and restaurants just seconds away on the main shopping street of Cala Ferrera. The food is fine: a good variety so you'll always find something to your taste. Breakfast was probably the weakest meal out of three, although hot snacks are available throughout the day from the pool bar. There's entertainment most evenings and throughout the day; not the slickest, but good fun and Sara (the girl in charge of most activities) is very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic.

The beds were very old (although not in every room; my dad had a comfy new bed in his room) and quite hard. The windows are the original single-glazed ones, so there's a bit of street noise, especially if you're on that side of the building. It's a good idea to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Location & Views were fantasic from our 4th floor room. Staff behind desk in entrance hall were very helpful

Evening meal food was very basic & most of the staff in dining room looked miserable & didn't smile or greet you.Breakfast choice was ok!!!! Entertainment was very boring & old fashioned!!!

Pleasant

The view was beautiful. The location is great. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, rooms spacious with comfortable bed.

The hotel is a little dated and may benefit from a refurb. Food was of a very poor quality in terms of ingredients as well as the meals served and there was so little choice! I stayed in 3 start hotels before and this food was the worst.

Well used hotel beautiful views

Clean but in need of a refurbishment. Great location right on top of the beach. Fabulous views.

Pool area looks tatty the whole hotel had a well worn look to it. Food choices were poor. Lifts really old and creaky.

The location was great, the food was okay for dinner but for breakfast it was same everyday so it was boring.

. Last 2 days we went to outside for breakfast. There was no minibar at the hotel room it was extremely hot. It would be really nice if there would be minibar. There was nothing to dry our clean they can put something to room. The furnitures were very old

It was fine for a quick 4 days but wouldn’t want to be there for 2weeks

Good value for money in that a reasonable place to say if you need a bed. The staff were lovely.

Very restrictive food choices. Not particularly Spanish. Extremely thin walls!! You can hear every movement and talk in the best for rooms both sides. Bring ear plugs ????

Spectacular views

Great value for money, went as a group of 3 couples, views are amazing, staff friendly and welcoming.

Food was disappointing, fish on salad items , not sure why, as its buffet would have been better to add fish ro your salad separately. My first visit to the hotel was 15 years ago and not much has changed decor wise. But price is great and we'll worth it for the views and staff. Family hotel so lots of kids , not suitable if your looking for some peace.

Great location but horrible service in the restaurant.

Service in the restaurant. They have no clue how to speak with customers. I was treated like invisible man. Also one guy was very arrogant. And I wasn't informed that drinks are not included with half board option with dinner. I should new this before booking, then I could book different hotel.
